We have safety measures in place to keep our community, our Associates, and our guests safe.
We looked at every human touchpoint at our properties to develop this first “phase one” plan. You can view that plan in detail here.
While our gaming floor is open, you’ll notice other amenities are not open. Our goal is to reopen your favorite places and spaces while making sure we can keep a clean and safe environment. We’ll adjust operations as needed. And we’ll provide updates on our website and social pages as we reopen more parts of the casino.
Our commitment to this plan gives us the confidence to welcome you back safely.

Public health and safety is our number one priority and due to the growing prevalence of COVID-19 in Wisconsin, we have made the decision to keep the casino closed a little while longer. In the meantime, we are performing multiple upgrades to the facility including touch-less restrooms and a state of the art UV filtration system for all of our ductwork that sterilizes the air as it passes through our heating and cooling units. Once our projects are complete and tribal leadership has deemed it safe to do so, we will announce a reopening date. In the meantime, we hope your families are staying safe and healthy and we look forward to seeing you when we can once again provide a safe and enjoyable gaming experience.

As a Federally Recognized Tribe, the Sokaogon Chippewa Community has opted to continue all previously established social distancing and public health and safety measures despite the Wisconsin State Supreme Court decision on 5/13/2020. This court decision has not changed the timeline for the reopening of Mole Lake Casino Lodge and Conference Center. We are hard at work developing and finalizing the necessary procedures that will allow us to reopen the casino when we determine it is safe to do so. We appreciate your patience and will be sure to post an update when we have any new information.

UPDATED 3/19/2020: After extended discussion and for the safety of guests and team members we will be closing Friday, March 20th at 2 am. The Lodge will remain open through checkout but is not accepting new reservations at this time.

To our loyal guests,

With the current situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Mole Lake Casino management has been closely monitoring all updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure the right steps will be implemented during this time.

With extended discussion for the safety of our guests and team members, we have decided to temporarily close our doors here at Mole Lake Casino starting Saturday, March 21st at Midnight. Mole Lake Casino will remain closed for at least 14 days, at which time it will be evaluated again. Our goal here is to stop the spread of Coronavirus, as our top priority is to keep our guests and team members as safe as possible. To alleviate reasonable concern, our team members will still be paid as normal during this 14 day period.

For the remainder of the week, all entertainment will be cancelled to work with the CDC recommendation of social distancing. Enhanced precautions have also been implemented to assist in keeping the property as clean as possible. As for buffets, they will be cancelled indefinitely.

For those who receive coupon offers in the mail, those dates will not be extended. However, upon re-opening, any offers pertaining to the week of opening will be valid. In addition, all current valid slot tickets will be accepted up to 30 days upon the decided re-opening date.

During this time, we would like to ask that our guests help us and one another by implementing CDC suggestions of mitigation strategies such as social distancing, increased hygiene, and implementing basic infection prevention measures. These recommendations include;
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- Covering your cough or sneezes
- Washing your hands regularly and thoroughly with soap and water
- Social distancing by avoiding crowded places and maintaining a distance from others

We thank you for your understanding during this time and hope we can stand by one another in our community. We thank you for your patronage over the years and we look forward to serving you again in the near future.

Sincerely,

Turtle Lake Casino Wisconsin
